A robust and earthy imperial stout brewed with flaked quinoa and lentils. This beer was split between two barrels from our pals at Stumbletown Distilling: a lentil whiskey barrel and a quinoa whiskey barrel. Aged 6 months with each barrel imparting it’s own unique character. This one was aged in the Quinoa Whiskey Barrel.
