Hazy style IPA. Brewed with El Dorado, Mosaic, and Citra hops, minimal bitterness and big juicy flavour and tropical fruit notes.

:2: saison

5.2% abv // IBU 15

Belgian farmhouse ale. Notes of fruity lemon, spice, and earthiness are rounded out by soft malt character. Finishes dry and crisp.

:3: west coast ipa

6% abv strong beer // IBU 60

North American hops: Amarilo, Simcoe, and Cascade give this IPA notes of pine, resin, and citrus. A well balanced bitter finish.

:4: Brown ale

5% abv // IBU 23

A British Brown Ale with notes of chocolate, toffee, and malt. Not too sweet with a nice crisp finish.

:5: PETIT IPA

2.9% abv // IBU 30

The newest addition to our core lineup. A low abv IPA with big hop flavour and earthy piney notes. Finishes crisp.

:6: kolsch

5% abv // IBU 25

A light German ale brewed with Saskatchewan pilsner malt and saaz hops. Crisp and clean with a subtle hop character.

:7: Nuit Brewy - White Grape Sour

4.5% abv // IBU 15

This year’s Nuit Brewy is a kettle sour brewed with sauvignon blanc grapes and dry hopped with with nelson sauvin hops.
