SWEET BELGIAN ORANGE ALE

Colour: GOLDEN ORANGE
Alcohol: 4% | IBUs: 24

A Belgian style farmhouse ale with lemon and orange peels added to the boil. A perfect beer for supper, crisp and citrusy.


DBL NE IPA

Colour: HAZY ORANGE
Alcohol: 7.2% | IBUs: 70

A stepped up version of a NEIPA. Galaxy and Idaho Gem hops combine to give notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and orange. Low bitterness makes this beer dangerously drinkable.


CHERRY SOUR

Colour: RED
Alcohol: 4.4% | IBUs: 15

Two strains of lactobacillus were co-pitched with our house American yeast strain to create this beer. Organic black cherries were used to add further tartness and depth to this sour. Mildly tart with a touch of sweetness from the black cherries.


PALE ALE

Colour: LIGHT AMBER
Alcohol: 4.4% | IBUs: 50

A British style pale ale. A malty, biscuit backbone is supported by hops that lead to floral and citrus notes with slight bitter bite.


CUCUMBER GOSE

Colour: PALE YELLOW
Alcohol: 4.7% | IBUs: 15

Salty and sour with a hint of a new pickle. 60 cucumbers were juiced and added to this kettle sour.


COCONUT STOUT

Colour: DARK BROWN
Alcohol: 4.8% | IBUs: –

Unsweetened coconut flakes, low alcohol and a light mouth feel keep this stout tropical summery.


HAPPY PILSENER

Colour: PALE Yellow
Alcohol: 4.8% | IBUs: 45

Old world meets new world. Czech, Saaz, and Australian Galaxy hops combine to make a fruity, grassy hop forward pilsner.

Our take on a classic American wheat ale. Hop bursted with Galaxy and Pacific Jade hops give this classic a flavor from down under.

A kettle soured herb beer, we used yarrow as the bittering element for this Gruit style beer. Corriander and yarrow were added as late additions to the kettle to give herbal, citrus, and floral notes.


BELGIAN HONEYDEW
SOUR

Colour: PALE STRAW

This traditional German wheat beer has the classic flavours of banana and clove which are accompanied by a mild floral note from the addition of calendula.

HIBISCUS, LIME, and
CINNAMON GOSE

Colour: BRIGHT PINK

A margarita style Gose, this combination of ingredients allows the lime to shine through with just a hint of cinnamon to round out the salty sour flavours.


CENTENNIAL IPA

Colour: Deep Gold

A single hopped IPA with a whole load of Centennial hops,  four dry hops all during active fermentation give this beer strong flavours of pine and resin with mild citrus undertone.


GRISETTE ROSE

Colour: PALE YELLOW

A Belgian style table beer conditioned with raspberries to add a mild fruity funk to this light easy drinking beer.


PILSENER

Colour: PALE STRAW
Alcohol: 5% | IBUs: 35

A hop forward Pilsner, we used North American and Australian hops to give flavours of lemon, grass, and melon. It was fermented with a classic German Lager yeast.


ZIGGY TARTDUST

Colour: HAZY GOLD
Alcohol: 5% | IBUs: 30

A collab brew with our pals at Malty National, a New England Style Sour brewed with a crazy amount of Galaxy and Simcoe hops. Hop bursted and then double dry hopped to give it big citrus and tropical fruit flavor with a tart finish.

Gruit// A herb beer made with mugwort, yarrow, and rosemary. These herbs are used for bittering and flavour, reminiscent of a winter spiced beer with hints of cinnamon and clove.


HEFEWEIZEN

Hefeweizen// A German style wheat beer, made with malted wheat and oats, giving it a silky mouth feel, cloudy in appearance, aroma and flavour of banana and clove.


DRY HOPPED
KETTLE SOUR

Dry Hopped Kettle Sour// Hop bursted and dry hopped with El Dorado and Mosaic, giving the beer a punch of tropical fruit aromas.


PALE

A hop forward pale ale, Idaho 7 hops add tropical juice flavour and hints of pine.


BLUEBERRY
GOSE

Colour: LIGHT PURPLE

Natural blueberry puree add a mild sweet balance to the salty and sour characteristics of the gose.


BELGIAN
SINGLE

Our take on a Belgian Trappist style Single, classic Belgian style characteristics of clove and spice are paired with German Noble Hops adding a grassy and earthy flavour profile.


RASPBERRY
BERLINER

Colour: LIGHT PINK
Alcohol: 5% | IBUs: 18

Traditionally served with the syrup on the side, we instead added raspberry syrup to the brite. The sweetness of the raspberry adds a kick of sweetness to the sour.


RYE AND
SAGE ALE

Colour: LIGHT AMBER
Alcohol: 4.8% | IBUs: 30

Brewed with malted rye, a generous amount of sage, and citrus forward hops this ale is loaded with herbal and earthy flavours.


BLACK CHERRY GOSE

Colour: RED
Alcohol: 5% | IBUs: 15

Organic pressed black cherries add a tart fruity note to this already sour beer.


BRUT

Colour: Very pale straw
Alcohol: 6.2% | IBUs: 30

Taking it’s inspiration from champagne, our Brut is hop bursted with Huell Melon and Pacific Jade hops and has strong flavours of melon and lemon with minimal bitterness and a lot of dryness.


WEST COAST IPA

Colour: GOLD
Alcohol: 5.7% | IBUs: 70

A hop forward IPA, soft citrus aroma with a notes of pine and resin adding to the bitter finish.


CRANBERRY
YARROW GOSE

Colour: LIGHT Pink
Alcohol: 4.7% | IBUs: 15

A refreshing and well balanced Gose, it is both salty and sour with the cranberry adding another level of tartness to the beer. Coriander and yarrow provide soft herbal notes rounding out finish.


ELDERFLOWER
GRISETTE

Colour: PALE YELLOW
Alcohol: 4.2% | IBUs: 20

A Belgian style table beer with notes of clove and floral. A light beer with a dry crisp finish.


MEXICAN HOT
CHOCOLATE STOUT

Colour: BROWN/BLACK
Alcohol: 6.7% | IBUs: 40

A dessert stout, brewed with cocoa nibs, arbol peppers, vanilla, and cinnamon sticks. Rich dark chocolate notes with a kick of spice from the arbol peppers.


ISA

Colour: LIGHT AMBER
Alcohol: 4% | IBUs: 35

Brewed with malt supplied by Makers Malt for the Bow Project. Mild malty notes, with mosaic and centennial hops provide a berry finish.


DARK JUNIPER SOUR

Colour: Deep brown
Alcohol: 4.9% | IBUs: 25

A well balanced kettle sour, mild in its tartness. Fresh picked junipers added during the mash and boil give the sour a round earthy and piney flavour.  

 

XPA

Colour: Pale yellow
Alcohol: 5.8% | IBUs: 40

A very light bodied pale ale. Hallertau blanc, Pacific Jade, and Hull Melon hops give flavours and aromas reminiscent of white wine, elderflower, lemon, and melon with a hint of dankness.

 

ROSEHIP GRISETTE

Colour: Extremely pale yellow

A Belgian style table beer, light and easy drinking. Made with fresh picked rosehips, giving the beer a prominent floral aroma.

 

ENGLISH(ISH) IPA

Colour: LIGHT AMBER
Alcohol: 5.8% | IBUs: 60

An old school IPA with a new school twist. Malt and biscuit flavours make up the backbone of this beer, while a mix of North American hops add to the finish of pine and resin.


BELGIAN RYEPA

Colour: Hazy golden
Alcohol: 5.8% | IBUs: 50

A Belgian style beer combined with an American style pale ale and a good hit of rye all lend to notes of spice and earthiness, with hints of clove and fruitiness from the North American hops.


BUFFALO BERRY SOUR

Colour: Hazy STRAW
Alcohol: 4.6% | IBUs: 14

Our take on a Berliner Weisse, cloudy and tart. We added wildcrafted buffalo berries giving the beer another level of tartness and a hint of berry.
